ITINERARY

Day 1

Early pick up from your hotel and transfer to the port for your ferry to Bandirma.Ferries provide beautiful views across the Marmara Sea. The ride from Istanbul to Bandirma lasts approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Relax and feel the fresh breeze in your face. Upon arrival in Bandirma around afternoon, you may spend several hours exploring the city. Recommended attractions are Bandirma Ferry Square, the waterfront area ideal for walking, photography and enjoying coffee and or tea overlooking the sea, the Bandirma Archaeological Museum showcasing regional history and archaeological findings, the Kuscenneti National Park close to Bandirma, one of Turkey's most important natural treasure.

In the evening transfer to Erdek which is approximately 20-25 minutes from Bandirma by minibus. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a dinner by the sea. You can taste local seafood dishes and among other like grilled sea bass, fried calamari, olive oil meze, fresh marmara seafood and a turkish raki with appetizers. Overnight stay in Erdek.

Day 2

Spend your morning enjoying Erdek’s coastline. Most popular beaches in Erdek are Erdek Public Beach, Ocaklar Beach, Narli Beach and Turankoy Beach. You may join optional activities like paddle boarding and coastal photography.

In the afternoon you can take a boat tour around Kapidag Peninsula one of the highlights of visiting Erdek. Major attractions to be seen from the boat is hidden coves, small fishing villages, crystal-clear swimming spots, olive-covered hills and sunset viewpoints. The tour includes swimming stops and lunch onboard.

In the evening enjoy a relaxing dinner in Erdek Marina with Marmara sea sunset views. You may also walking along the promenade, have a break at tea gardens and cafes, join live music venues especially in summer seasons.

Day 3

Before returning to Istanbul, visit traditional villages around Kapidag Peninsula. Recommended stops are:

  • Zeytinli village, known for olive trees, local olive oil, and quiet village life.
  • Narli Village. A picturesque seaside village with seafood restaurants and small beaches.
  • Ballipinar Village. Famous for natural scenery and local breakfast spots.

In the afternoon return to Bandirma Ferry Terminal for your return trip back to Istanbul. If time allows, enjoy a lunch at a waterfront restaurant before departure.

You will arrive to Istanbul in the evening with sunset views across the Marmara Sea. Upon return to the port follows a drop off to your hotel in Istanbul with an air conditioned coach.
