DAY 1 – MARDIN OLD CITY TOUR

DAY 4 - KAFRO VILLAGE TOUR

Kafro village lies about 15–20 km southeast of Midyat in Mardin Province. The village has roots dating back many centuries and belongs to the historic Tur Abdin region, an important center of Syriac Christianity. Many residents emigrated to Europe during conflict in the 1980s–1990s, and the village became nearly empty. Since the 2000s, several families returned and rebuilt homes and churches. Kafro — also officially known as Elbegendi — is a historic Syriac-Assyrian Christian village in the Tur Abdin region near Midyat in southeastern Turkey. The village is famous for its traditional stone houses, Syriac Orthodox heritage, churches, and the return of diaspora families from Europe who restored the village after it was abandoned in the 1990s.

Perre Ancient City. Explore the mysterious streets and ruins of one of the ancient kingdom’s important settlements.

Rock Tombs. Witness the eternal resting places carved into silent stone cliffs.

Otuakcı Bazaar. Feel the authentic rhythm of local life among colorful shops, spices, and traditional products.

Celikhan Icmesi. Refresh yourself beside the region’s famous natural spring waters.

Gumus Kaya Cave. Step into the cool underground world of hidden caves and natural formations.

DAY 6

After breakfast last stroll around the center for a coffee or last minute shopping and drive to the airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel with a private coach.
