From the underground chambers of the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul to the mythical mountain fires of Yanartas (Chimera) in Antalya, this guided experience blends culture, mythology, and light adventure in a safe and engaging environment.

Day 1

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our professional team will welcome you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel in the historic center of the city.

After check-in, begin discovering the highlights of Istanbul, a city where Byzantine, Roman, and Ottoman history meet.

Your guided walking tour includes Hagia Sophia – One of the world’s greatest architectural masterpieces, originally built as a Byzantine cathedral and later converted into a mosque, Blue Mosque – famous for its beautiful blue İznik tiles and impressive Ottoman architecture. Next will enter the Basilica Cistern to explore the mysterious underground reservoir. Will see the famous Medusa head columns and also the Crying Column, also known as the Weeping Column or Peacock Eye Column one of the most intriguing architectural features which lies hidden beneath the city.

Before our return back to the hotel will continue with a guided walk through the Hippodrome of Constantinople, once the political, social, and sporting center of the Byzantine Empire. Will learn how emperors, chariot races and public ceremonies shaped the life of the city. First monument to see is the The German Fountain (Turkish: Alman Çesmesi) is one of the most elegant monuments located in the historic Sultanahmet Square, the former Hippodrome of Constantinople. Will see also the Obelisk of Theodosius called the Egyptian Obelisk originally erected by Pharaoh Thutmose III in the Karnak Temple and brought to Constantinople in 390 AD by Emperor Theodosius I, the Serpent Column originally built to commemorate the Greek victory over Persia in the Battle of Plataea and moved to Constantinople by Emperor Constantine the Great in the 4th century, the Walled Obelisk also known as the Constantine Obelisk, built of rough stone blocks and once covered with bronze plates, renovated by Emperor Constantine VII Porphyrogenitus in the 10th century.

You may enhance your first day with a relaxing Bosphorus cruise. Sail between Europe and Asia while enjoying a spectacular night views of Istanbul . Early bookings are advisable for either boat cruises.

Day 2

Early in the morning you will be transferred to the airport for a domestic flight to Antalya, the beautiful Mediterranean gateway of the Turkish Riviera.

After arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel for breakfast and a short rest before beginning your Antalya city exploration.

During your guided tour you will visit Kaleici – a charming historic district with narrow streets, Ottoman houses, and small boutique shops Hadrian's Gate – a beautifully preserved Roman monument built to honor Emperor Hadrian’s visit in 130 AD. and Duden Waterfalls – A spectacular natural attraction where water dramatically cascades into the Mediterranean Sea.

After the tour, transfer back to your hotel for overnight stay in Antalya.

Day 3

Today you will experience one of Turkey’s most fascinating natural and mythological sites. Tour to Yanartaş, located in the ancient region of Lycia. In Greek mythology, this place was believed to be the home of the fearsome Chimera. According to legend, Chimera was a terrifying creature with the body of a lion, the head of a goat, and the tail of a serpent. It breathed fire and terrorized the lands of ancient Lycia until it was defeated by the hero Bellerophon. For centuries, travelers believed the eternal flames rising from the rocks were the monster’s fiery breath. In reality, these flames are caused by natural gas escaping through cracks in the mountain and burning continuously. Today the glowing flames create an unforgettable atmosphere, especially at sunset and evening, making it one of the most unique natural phenomena in Turkey.

After the tour, return to your hotel for overnight stay in Antalya.

Day 4

After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to Antalya Airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul.

Upon arrival in Istanbul, our team will assist with your transfer to Istanbul Airport for your international departure flight.
